Daughter of Billy Ray Cyrus and Leticia Tish Finley. Miley grew in the farm of her parents, in the suburbs of Nashville, together with her two yonger brothers, and her half brothers Christopher Cody, Plan and Brandi. Being a baby, she was laughing so much, so her father started being calling her Smiley, and so much repeating it, the nickname lost it "s" and the name remained in Miley, with the one that her knows the whole world and that some years later it would decide to adopt forever together with that of Ray, in honor to her father.
